Shipping

All pieces are made in our studio to order (unless stated otherwise on the e-shop). We believe it is very special that each piece is made just for you! Please note that it will take us 3 to 4 weeks to make your jewellery. You will be notify by email when your order is ready to be shipped.

It is difficult for us to guaranty a delivery time as we are a small business but do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have a request. We will do our best to make it happens!

All standard deliveries are free and shipped with Royal Mail. They are tracked and insured. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel has been shipped.

The delivery times are as follow:

Domestic ( UK ): 1 to 2 working days.

Europe: 3 to 4 working days.

US, Mexico and Canada: 5 to 7 working days.

Rest of the world: 7 to 9 working days

Express delivery:

If you really can’t wait to wear our pieces, DHL express delivery is available. It will take 1-2 days to ship to Europe, 1-3 days to ship to USA, Canada and Mexico and 1-4 days to ship to the rest of the world. You will be charged £25 extra for this service.

Please note that possible Taxes and Duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

We can not be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or the destinations customs department.

UK public holidays and sales periods will effect dispatch dates.
